OUR

WORKPLACE

At Astro, diversity serves as our core, much like gravity centers our world.

And because of the diversity of our campaign strategies and our target base, we know our diverse team will be able to deliver results with a unique blend to the marketing world. Some of our top talent includes managers from 8 countries and counting, joining our Ohio-based team and brainstorming solutions every day.

We want to create a welcoming environment that everyone can feel a part of and feel comfortable enough to be themselves and grow without limits. We would never be able to accomplish so much if it were not for the team we have. We are eager to meet those individuals who will join our team, make an impact, and help grow the company even more than it already is. We are excited to grow alongside each and every individual, to not only be a part of their journey but to have them as a part of ours.

Who we are and where we’re going

Why did we choose Ohio?

We get this question a lot from our existing clientele. Initially, we had our sights set on Chicago. But with an already oversaturated market there, we decided to look towards a neighboring state. Ohio would provide the stability that we needed for a flourishing start-up and the space we needed to expand and grow. We fell in love with the tight-knit community culture with so much potential for creativity and advancement.

Now, successfully centered here in the middle of Ohio, we seek to take the next step in growing a nationwide marketing agency. Our goal is to spark conversations and create meaningful interactions around brands and products all over the surrounding Midwest — Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia to name a few, and we felt there was no better place than here to start our journey.

What’s Like to Work with Us

We are intent on continuously building a culture that makes our team help one another. We understand that teamwork is a crucial part of a business, and it is often necessary for our team to work well together, trying their best in any circumstance, that people will try to cooperate, and providing constructive feedback, despite any personal conflict between individuals. Not only that, but we love to have fun —- we take our work very seriously. Ourselves? Not so much! Our theory is always the same, when you love what you do, it’s not work.
